  JFESC INTRODUCTION:  
  Approved by and directly under Jiangsu Provincial Government,Jiangsu Foreign Enterprise Service Center(JFESC)is a designated service institution providing Chinese employees for representative office of foreign enterprises and personnel in specific fields for foreign enterprises and joint ventures.Following Chinese laws,regulations,guideline and policies,and adhering to the principles of equality and mutual benefit,keeping to contract and keeping faith,JFESC works as a government department providing administrative services for foreign enterprises and joint ventures.JFESC selects high-level technical and administrative personnel in specific fields as employees of foreign representative offices and enterprises.The Center helps foreign enterprises going through aprroval and registration prodedures for setting up the representative offices.It provides various services for foreign entrepreneurs investing in hiring employees,etc.It provides services of personnel for foreign representative offices and enterprises.It handles endowment insurance and other related items for the Chinese employees,technical and administrative personnel for foreign representative offices and enterprises according to regulations by the Ministry of Labor.It also helps applying for passport and frontier permit for the Chinese employees of foreign representative offices and enterprises.

JFESC has a large database of high-level technical and administrative personnel with various specialties.Hundreds of these talented people have been recommended and sent to foreign representative offices and enterprises in Nanjing,Jiangsu and other provinces.

JFESC is one of the institutions approved by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China to provide consulting service for self-financed studying abroad.Studying Aboard Sevice Dept.has been set up.

JFESC has cooperated well with many foreign universities and educational institutions.The Center has chosen language institutes and universities with high teaching quality adapted to the characteristics of Nanjing and Jiangsu.It has opened up studying aboard item in the United Kingdom,Ireland,the Netherlands,Australia,New Zealand,Canada,Germany,Austria,France,Denmark,etc.With its successful item and specialized service,the Center will design suitable project of studying abroad for each student.

The aim of opening up the studying aboard service is to find a safe,convenient and dependable way for those who wish to study abroad,and to give priority of choosing to work in foreign enterprises.
